- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Beware when using this location. The HR Block on Race Street in Searcy, Arkansas is a FRANCHISE, which is listed with Kansas City, MO, not Arkansas. Anyone needing to file a complaint against this location must file with the BBB of Greater Kansas City. As well, filing a complaint with H & R Block Headquarters does little good because they say that they can only "reach out" to any location that is a franchise. In short, headquarters cannot do much to help you with complaints against a franchise. Save yourself lots of trouble by either not using H & R Block or by using a location that IS NOT a franchise. It took me many years to return to H & R Block, and I'm leaving again after only two years.By Sheila Chase, March 14, 2017
